We offer replacement if we are informed within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product at your end, subject to the following:
- The Item(s) returned to us for replacement must :
- Have the Invoice
- Have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product delivery.
- Be in un – used condition
- Not be soiled, washed or wrinkled, cut and must necessarily be in new and resalable condition.
- Not be damaged due to use or misuse.
- Not have been tampered with.
- All the returned items will at the First Instance be inspected by our Quality Control Department to verify adherence by the buyer to the terms & conditions mentioned at Sl. No. 1 above.
- The following items are non – returnable and will not be exchanged :
- Any item that has been customized and / or monogrammed
- Any item that has been manufactured after the approval of the Sample of the same by the buyer
- Any item purchased from the clearance sale.
- All the shipping charges incurred during the return of the product (from the destination country to the origin & vice versa) shall be borne by the buyer and not by Sidharth Dhar Fabrics.
- All the returns should be made with a Return Confirmation Number ( RC # ) which can be obtained from our Customer Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org .
